Economic Developer and friend of Jim’s, Brad Day, brought forth the project and they believed the investment of the project’s long-term growth would be prosperous.
Homer is a quiet, smaller town located just outside of Athens and only about an hour drive to the bustling city of Atlanta. Chimney Oaks Golf Club is not only home to stunning country-side views and a beautiful 18-hole championship course, but the craftsmanship and detail of each home is what makes this property so unique. Not to mention, there are also spaces available for weddings and special events.
There are 11 different home plans ranging from 1,800 – 5,000 square feet with a mixture of 3-6 bedrooms and 2-5 baths, combining Harbin Lumber Company supplies such as doors, windows, shiplap, siding, and even the trusses. Large outdoor porches give visibility to the serene views of the courses and untouched land surrounding the property. With ample amount of options for any kind of family, there is plenty to love and enjoy about the property’s quarters.
Pritchard has been in the building and construction industry going on 6 years now and he considers the best part of being in this business is the satisfaction of providing high-quality single-family homes. Specifically, with this project, he enjoyed working with the high-quality vendors and trades.
